Our cooking activity for the 2009 Christmas Day Camp was creating Reindeer Cupcakes. I had pre-baked chocolate cupcakes. The children frosted their own cupcakes using plastic knives. We used green m&m's for the eyes, a red m&m for the mouth, and a gumdrop for the nose. Pretzels were broken to use as antlers. Each child made two cupcakes. One served as an afternoon snack and the other was saved to show mom and dad! Fun, cute, festive, and yummy!
