Grandkids Back to School Party Invites

It's that time of year again. The kids are headed back to school and it's time for our annual Grandkids Back to School Party that Papa and I host each year. No parents allowed!

I created the invite for this years party using a teaching supply that can be easily found in the dollar stores or the dollar section at Target stores. You can get a big colorful and very cute pack for a buck!

I printed their name on the front and I created and printed out invites on my home computer. I matted the plain black and white invite using red paper and glued it to the back of the card. A couple of school theme stickers were added for fun!

I hand delivered the invitations. They could be folded and mailed in an envelope.

So, it's official. The party is on. The invites have gone out but the plans are still top secret.
I can't spill the beans just yet because some of my grands read my blog!

All I can say is that I know they are going to love what we have planned this year.

  1. What lucky grandchildren! You are so blessed to have so many grandchildren all near the same age. Sounds like a wonderful party!

  3. I can't wait to see what fun things you did for your back-to-school party. I'm sure it will be fantastic. I head back to school tomorrow to my 6th grade class, then Thursday for my graduate classes.
